We do not guarantee that the courses we offer will meet your needs. It is your responsibility to verify that the course we offer, and the content of that course, meet your needs, including meeting any licensing or regulatory requirements that may be applicable to your situation.
We reserve the right to limit the courses we offer, and the number of people who may register for any course at any one time. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that any course you may be interested in will be available to you at any particular time.
You agree to pay for the courses you register for in accordance with the terms and polices set forth on our website which includes our pricing and payment policies.
If you are a licensed healthcare provider, you acknowledge and agree that it is your sole responsibility to make sure that the information and techniques provided in our classes are used in compliance with your professional responsibility. You are solely responsible for any treatment you provide to any patient.

By using our website and attending our classes, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts. In the event any lawsuit is brought coming from or related to this agreement, the prevailing party in such legal action will recover their court costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees.
Pricing, Payment and Refunds
All prices are as set forth on our website. Your payment is due at the time you register for a course. We do not provide refunds but you may reschedule your class by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance of that class.
By providing your credit card information, You authorize the Company to charge Your credit card for the course or courses for which you registered.
We reserve the right to refuse our services to anyone. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel classes. In the event that we cancel a class, we will attempt to notify you by contacting by email at the email address provided at the time you registered.
