Christian Mendieta

Christian was trained as an EMT and taught combat first aid courses while in the Marine Corps. He recently graduated with a degree in Kinesiology and is a personal trainer. When he’s not teaching CPR and First Aid classes, he is caring for his children, weightlifting, or on a trail with his dog.
