Blended Learning Option: ACLS Skills Session Price Calculator

Students can also complete the online portion of the course before the skills session. Students pay the AHA $173 for the online course. Then our instructors come to you for a “Skills Session” – the hands-on portion of the course. This approach to ACLS is not recommended for people who are new to ACLS.

Scheduling an ACLS Class

When you have a couple of dates and start times in mind, run them by us, and we will find a day/start time that works for both of us. We are available seven days a week, including evenings.

ACLS Class Agenda

  1. Basic life support (BLS) skills: chest compressions, bag-mask device, and using an AED
  2. Respiratory and cardiac arrest recognition and early management 
  3. Peri-arrest conditions such as symptomatic bradycardia recognition and early management
  4. Management of airways
  5. Pharmacology
  6. ACS and stroke management
  7. Communicating effectively as the leader and team member of a resuscitation team

ACLS Class Agenda

  1. Basic life support skills (BLS): effective chest compressions, using a bag-mask device, and using an AED
  2. Respiratory and cardiac arrest recognition and early management
  3. Recognition and early management of peri-arrest conditions such as symptomatic bradycardia
  4. Related pharmacology
  5. Airway management
  6. Management of ACS and stroke
  7. Dynamics of a resuscitation team, including effective communication

Which Professions Need An ACLS Certification?

Some medical professions that might require an ACLS certification are MD, RN, Paramedic and Respiratory Therapist. ACLS is a certification course for medical professionals who manage airways and recognize and respond to cardiac rhythms.

What is the class length?

The class calculators at the top of this page can be used to determine the length of your class. 

When Do I Receive a Certification Card?

Certifications are awarded immediately at the end of your ACLS class as an “eCard”. eCard certifications can be printed on paper as well as downloaded as a PDF file, making them easy to store and email.

Is There a Course Manual?

Yes. You can purchase ACLS course manuals ahead of time from World Point as a hardcopy or as an eBook. Our instructor can also bring copies of the manual to your class.

What Are Payment Options For My Class?

We are flexible on payment methods: cash, check, or an invoice with a link to use a credit card.
