Since 2010 our CPR instructors have been traveling to San Mateo County homes and businesses to teach CPR, First Aid, BLS, and ACLS certification classes, as well as custom pediatric classes for new and expecting parents. There are two ways to take a class with us:

• We can instruct the entire class at your workplace or home.
• For certification classes, students can do part of the class on-line ahead of time, then our instructors come to you for the hands-on skills of the course, called a “skills session”.

Both approaches result in the same certification.

In Home CPR specializes in coming to Northern California businesses and homes to teach CPR, BLS, First Aid and ACLS certification classes.

You choose the time and place for our class and we bring the classroom to you. There is no minimum number of students needed to schedule a class with us.  We bring all of the training equipment.  You only need to provide a space for our class.

There is no minimum number of students needed to set up a class with us. We teach many small classes for people who want the opportunity to ask lots of questions and get plenty of one-on-one time with their instructor.

We can also do classes for large groups. Whether it’s your school staff, sports team, skilled nursing facility employees, or your entire company, we can bring the equipment and additional instructors needed to make your big class happen.

Our company philosophy is that CPR training should be interactive and engaging. Whether this is a CPR renewal class or your group is new to CPR classes and first aid training, we always want everyone in your group to leave feeling confident they can respond to a medical emergency.

If you are pregnant or have recently given birth, you are well aware that baby safety involves learning many new skills. One of those skills is First Aid and CPR training for infants. Our CPR Essentials Class is designed for new and expecting parents who want an infant First Aid & CPR class, but don’t need a certification.

Because this isn’t a certification class, it’s flexible, so we can cover the safety skills most important to you such as: choking, seizures, allergic reactions, using an epinephrine pen, asthma, drowning, bleeding, burns, infections, using an AED, bites and stings, sprains and broken bones.

Our American Health & Safety Institute classes meet OSHA’s First Aid and CPR AED certification requirements for construction, plumbing, HVAC, Electrician and Landscaping.

Most of these industries require First Aid & CPR AED certifications for foremen.  Some industries only require First Aid.  Check your industry guidelines and let us help you schedule the correct class for your company.

Most of In Home CPR’s instructors are EMTs and Paramedics who have responded to workplace 911 calls.  We value our time instructing people who work in industries that have injuries on the job.  Our goal is to have your staff able to respond to any medical emergency as a team.

In Home CPR instructs the American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification class for dental professionals. This certification fulfills your county dental society CPR certification requirements.

We instruct classes for any size dental office.

If you work as a licensed childcare teacher, we offer the American Heart Association Pediatric First Aid CPR AED class.  This satisfies the first aid and CPR licensing requirements of the EMSA (Emergency Medical Services Authority) for California preschool and daycare teachers.

We instruct classes for any size childcare facility.

Licensed Physical and Occupation Therapists are required to have an American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification.  Have your office staff learn to respond to a medical emergency as a team.

Surgical staff are required to have an American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification.  We will show you have to use an AED and perform CPR as a team.

We offer the American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification class.  This is the required CPR certification for healthcare professionals working in hospitals and clinics in California.
